As a singer and teacher I know how to make voices work. I have extensive experience directing choirs of all ages but primarily working with children and young people. My choirs have performed at many of this country’s most prestigious concert venues performing with professional choirs, orchestras and conductors.
Rio Amazonas with Roland Perrin and his Blue Planet Orchestra: The Barbican (London Premiere)
Carmina Burana, with Crouch End Festival Chorus: Queen Elizabeth Hall
One Giant Leap by James McCarthy with the London Orchestra da Camera and Hertfordshire Chorus: The Queen Elizabeth Hall (World Premiere)
St Nicolas by Britten – Recording for Signum Records with the BBC Concert Orchestra: Alexandra Palace Theatre
Carmina Burana with The Hertfordshire Chorus: The Royal College of Music
Upcoming performances:
Festival of Childhood: Young V&A
Carmina Burana: Cadogan Hall
My choirs have also performed their own repertoire at The Wigmore Hall, The Royal Albert Hall, Kings Place and Alexandra Palace, as well as at Symphony Hall, Birmingham and Birmingham Town Hall as part of the Music for Youth National Festival.
